I used to tell my fellow agents in my office, after writing a condo project post on my Seattle condo blog, Google it tomorrow morning and I'll be number 1 for the name of the project. They usually didn't believe me. But, the next day, there it was.

A couple of months ago I noticed my posts started showing up in Google in about 5 hours or so.

Well, today I wrote a post about a new condo project and published it around 2:30. By 4:30 it showed up as #1 in Google for the name of the condo and a couple of variations on the name. That's just 2 hours!!! That's amazing blog SEO power....Wordpress SEO power.

Wordpress, Typepad and Blogger are blogging platforms. There's quite a bit of posts about them, Justin Smith recently wrote a posting on choosing a platform. In my opinion, Wordpress the most customizable with numerous add-ons and widgets which add all forms of additional functionality. And, I think Wordpress is the best for SEO.

My non-AR blogs are all based on the Wordpress platform - condo, real estate and place blogs.
