Knowledge and Experience with Probates I have specialized in probate property and trust sales for 7 years in the Greater Boston Area, and have successfully closed numerous probate transactions, from simple to complex. I have had probate listings all over the Greater Boston area including apartment buildings, flats, condos and single-family properties. I am very familiar with all probate, trust and conservator procedures and have access to many family law attorneys as part of my practice in order to get things settled.
