Short Sales

I have had great success lately with getting short sales approved by mortgage companies in record time. Recently, I had one approved in 10 days. I think that mortgage companies are finally getting their act together and getting short sales approved in less than 3 to 4 months. I want to thank the hard working loss mitigation specialist that are getting short sales approved in record time.
