I have been wondering when this article was going to come out and since I can't always easily track down articles using search engines had figured I'd just have to wait it out and see when I could get the right search terms. However, an AR person from Home Gain (Louis Cammarosano) contacted me today to let me know that an article had been posted on This Old House where I am, as he put it, quoted liberally.
This time the article is about 10 Ways to add value to your home.
I also noted that on the 12th electronic page of the article there was a link to another article where I was quoted on home warranties.
I'm sure that many people here could come up with more than 10 ways to add value but the writer had to keep it limited to just this size. Not everyone wants a list of 100 or more items - it just gets too daunting.
