I'm very excited and thankful for some of the upcoming changes coming for me and my team in the coming year.
1. The one we've started implementing as of this month but we expect to go gang-busters with in January is that we added a new team member, Robin Tomazic.
2. We're starting up our popular series of classes again, this time at Renton Technical College. We hope to begin again at Phinney Neighborhood Center but for now I have extensive thanks to give to fellow Active Rain member and mortgage originator, Paul McFadden, for working with us to get a series together and submitted at the training college.
3. A new relationship with a local builder, Powell Homes. This is a 4th generation local builder and it's amazing to be working them. We're also excited about their move into "built green" homes, something our team is very into.
4. Our involvement with an investment group buying short sale properties is starting to show traction and is expected to start bringing revenue to the team in the new calendar year.
5. We'll have many new listings for the start of January!
6. I finally got off my butt and signed up for Twitter. I hope I don't regret it later... You can find me at www.Twitter.com/rebahaas.
Those alone are some big deals for me. I expect that they'll make some serious alterations to the landscape of our business, and I hope in a positive way. That's certainly the way that we are directing them.
