Buyers seeking real estate buys in North County San Diego have a lot of choices, and with the price changes in the last several years plus some very favorable interest rates, it can be a great time to buy for some folks, provided you are financially stable, qualify for a mortgage (or have the cash), and plan to stay in your home for at least 3-5 years.
