Hey Linda! Providence Springs is my old neighborhood--I was on the Board for years (President for a few of those years!) and watched it grow from farmland to a beautifully developed community. It is one of my favorite neighborhoods in the city and Ray and I have ambivalent feelings about selling--we made good money selling but, miss our neighbors every day! We have often thought about moving back and now would be a great time to do so--rates and prices! However, we'd probably lose our shirts on the sale of our current home--so, we're staying put for now!

I hope you're planning something festive for the New Year? I am SO looking forward to 2009--it IS going to be a DIVINE '09--just wait and see!
