This is no longer a "gated" community gates have been broken for almost 2 years now.  State of the art firness center - the kids have destroyed that.  The Billiards room, fitness center and business center are not available most of the time.  The HOA once included; trash pick up, alarm monitoring and cable / internet, now all we have is higher HOA fees with special assessments and NO ammenities!

They do not screen residents that rent, so your could be living to who knows what.  Not a place to raise a family.

I just wanted to share my comments since the other comment was so negative. I've been living here for almost a year now, and yes, the gates have been broken but unfortunately, they're being fixed now (gates are a major inconvenience and had I known I was moving into a gated community, I would have never moved here at all, but that's another story...).

The fitness room is super nice! They have free weights and a good selection of machines. There is no billards room or business center. I'm not sure what that other reviewer is talking about.

In terms of the people who live here, the residence is really quiet with a good mix of young professionals and families. I would DEFINITELY say it's a nice place to raise a family.

I don't know anything about the HOA fees since I rent, so I can't speak to that. Overall I would recommend this place, the floor plans are nice and spacious. I would say the biggest downfall is living right next to the landfill.

I moved here with my children and am already considering to move out! The owners don't care about who lives here or the condition of the community. I previously lived in a low income community and thought I was moving up a level. Well, I was wrong. I pay twice the rent to live with slobs. The trash is overloading in the patios. There are barely no recliners by the pool. In fact, there are no chairs around the two, yes two tables by the pool! The pool deck is filled with green alimy mold that noone bothers to prssire clean. no money in the HOA. The trash area is like the dump on any given Saturday. The owners rent to anyone. Haitians picking through the trash and dumping furniture at night. It's disgusting. I haven't used the pool because I don't know what the heck could be floating in there. The clubhouse is locked. Can't use it because of vandles. It's horrible! Trash just sits in the hallways. You can see the maintenance personal, if you wanna call them that, sitting in their carts under trees taking naps. Did I mention the trash dumped in patios! OMG! Beautiful landscape, but don't be fooled. Take the time to look closer. It's a filthy place to live. Move elsewhere! Do not buy her and do not rent here!
