Ok, so I have hopped on the RES bandwagon. I made my first RES and I had so much fun! Trying to let people know what I do and how valuable my service is is hard. Hopefully this will help.

Teresa - In my small city, we presently have over 800 houses on the market. Sometimes the seller pays, sometimes the agent. The purpose of staging is to make their house the most appealing so buyers will remember it and think it is the best deal after looking at a variety of houses. I tell people (sellers and their agents) staging ensure the seller is doing everything possible to impress buyers.

On my website I have placed this in my What's News section...As of April 19, 2007 there were over 800 houses on the market in Tracy alone and almost as many in surrounding counties. With so many houses on the market, are you doing everything you can to make sure your house "impresses" buyers? Not sure? The only thing I would change is instead of saying "I" change it to "we". That is one thing I noticed when trying to build my website a while back ago. I researched other Staging sites, and all of them used "us" or "we" or"our" instead of "contact me" or "I can make a difference in selling your home", or "my mission" even if they were run by one person....
Becky - THIS IS AWESOME!!! I love the music you chose - it is very dramatic. I think this is a wonderful way to showcase you skills and grow your business. Love it.
