I turned on the TV again this morning, searched through a ridiculous sea of news reports and video blogs of crap information about a whole lot of nothing, only to discover this segment on how some new revelation is going to "save" the housing market... again.
Kids... I gatta tell ya that I'm a bit worn out on all of the speculation from all of the experts on how we need to borrow more, print more, refinance and... blah... blah... blah! --Enough!!!!
The fact is, we should reeducate ourselves on where things went wrong in this industry... the bad risk loans-- AND NEVER DO IT AGAIN!
