My Predictions for 2009 (Who Cares)

I have given this some thought, not much but some. What will happen next year? Good question.

Interest rates will fall further.
Housing prices will fall further in most areas.
Stock market will rally at first and then retest lows of 2008.
One of the Big Three automakers will go bankrupt.
Our new president will have a tough time raising tax rates. Also he will find it much harder to pull out of Iraq than he thinks. I believe he is just now learning the real truth about our enemies.
Gas will come up in price. Not near it's all time high, but higher.
I also think home sales will increase a small amount. Sellers who are willing to price their properties to sell will have much better luck. ( No Brainer there)
Saints win the Super Bowl
Hornets win the NBAS Championship

Please give me your predictions. I love to read others opinions.
