I Refuse to Participate in the Recession! Here's to 2009!

Yes, as unusual as it may sound, I have joined with thousands of other professionals nationwide to vow that we are not going to participate in the recession.  The sky has not fallen and people are still buying homes and refinancing their existing mortgages.  In December we have seen 37 year lows for interest rates, even as low as 4.625% in some cases!  Gratefully, I am busy as ever.

Regardless of your political affiliation, I think the psychological impact of a new President along with a New Year is going to help turn things around.  I think more and more people are tired of the doom and gloom being fed to us on a daily basis.  While it is important to not have our heads in the sand, it is equally important to focus on the positive and be part of the solution.

One house at a time, I am thankful that I can be part of the solution.  One of the great things about what I do is working with people in all walks of life and knowing that I make a difference.

Here's to being part of the solution and to a great 2009!

With that kind of positive attitude you will absolutely have a part of the deals consummated every single day in every market. There's never been a better time to buy!

Ditto!  I am not participating either.  The media is scaring people so they are buying into it.
