I feel like I woke up to Christmas morning all over again today on this first day of 2009
252 Expired Listings on our Cape and Islands just waiting to be relisted..by ME...
Ok, maybe not all By Me..but Even 1 percent would still mean 2 new listings
So while myself and all the other hungry, hit the ground running Cape Cod Realtors start our campaign on these home owners, what am I going to do to set myself apart?
The truth is I don't know, and that is not a very good plan at all.
I have my canned "Expired letter" I even made a condensed version "Expired Note"
I include my card and maybe even one of my Postcards with reasons why it's important to "Choose the Right Realtor".
Sometimes I even seal the envelope with a official REALTOR sticker. Is that enough for me to stand out in a sellers mind?
With so many sellers adding their #'s to the do not call list, what's a Realtor to do?
I have had success with my expired letters/notes, but I don't feel like I am doing enough or putting all that energy into the right vehicle.
I am reaching out to you for advice..please share your hints and tips with me.
How do you successfully capture "expired" business?
