Ok, The holidays have come and gone. Its time to take action for 2009. Have you devised a game plan for the new year? Does it include doing things that you really didn't do last year? The old saying " Work smarter not harder" I think that applies more today than ever before. The challenge for all of us I believe is that this year will require allot more work and dedication and probably not as much $$$. I believe to be successful in today's changing market environment our level of commitment will have to increase. We will have to think outside the proverbial box.

If you have some ideas on this I would greatly appreciate them. I know the way I market this year will change. Texting will play a larger role along with Internet and viral. Some of the old ways for me like print media and classified are gone, I will not spend $$ in those medias this year or for as far as that goes never again, I believe that they are relics of a time past. YouTube I will use along with Virtual Tours on

all my listings. If you have some ideas for me please let me know.

Printed media is a waste in my opinion.  I wish you the best.  I am getting a coach this year to help.
