Time to reflect

Here I sit pateintly wondering if my plane is ever going to arrive. And then if it does will i make it to my final desination? Yes the weather here in beautiful Montana is what it is, unpredictable and extreme. Somewhat like real estate. As I look back on the year I can't help but say Thank God it is over, and in the same breath say I am so thankful for the work I did accomplish in these troulbed times. I decided to take this time to start setting my goals for the 2009 fiscal year. It would be easy to say that all I really want is to beat last year, but that would be selling myself short. So I have decided to set my goals to have the best year yet. Starting by announcing this to all of you out there. Staying focused on the postive is one avenue we all can do for ourselves and our industry.
