Recently I had a chance to talk to Dan Powell, creator of Update Lane. Update Lane is a good concept, a self-contained online listing tracking system for starters. It's scheduled for beta-release soon and as I took a closer look I was more than a little intrigued by it's implications.

Update Lane - Carmel, IN
To all those interested, the Update Lane beta is available to try out. Accounts will always be free so sharing information with your clients, other agents, title/escrow agents, lenders, et al will always be easy. We've gone to great lengths to keep this simple. There's a complete help section and FAQ. We're working on our tutorials now but the site is really easy. And, if you'd like to have us walk you through the site or explore a test account, just send us an email and we'll accommodate.
