Steamboat Sheraton is Something to See and Experience

For those of you who know the Steamboat Sheraton, you know the old school 70's hotel at the base area...you are in for a treat. They have just unveiled the coolest remodel I have seen in a long time. They got it right and the nearly $20 million they sunk into it really paid off. As part of a total makover, last week a few of us got to experience and tour the new look.  I am looking forward to having a hot toddy after a long day of skiing in that bar. They have set up several pods where you can hang with your ski buddies, clients and still feel part of the bigger picture. They also have wireless and lots of spots to plop down and surf the web. The dining room and laid out well and there is a private dining room that is sure to be a hit for the locals and conventioners. The contemporary mountain design is inviting, intriguing and refreshing for this mountain town.

They have carried this hip interior design into the room remodels and have taken great measure for energy efficiency as well. Buildings that were built in the 70's weren't exactly the top in energy efficient design. The remodeled suites have water saving features, energy efficient windows and sliders and they are working on other areas of sustainable design. This is content for another day, so stay tuned.

I've already been back for a visit and it was sweet! You might even want me to seek out a condo for sale, so you too can enjoy the new digs and amenities. www.YourSteamboatHome.com  or 970.819.4897
