Managing Real Estate Broker with Windermere Peninsula Properties

I love showing property to Buyers, and working with sellers to market their homes. Both processes involve a lot of knowledge of the market, and research to make certain that you are doing your best for your client. I love what I do.

One of the most enjoyable parts of my job is answering questions. I love it when my clients get engaged in the process and ask me to explain what is going on and why.I feel that informed clients make the best decisions. They also have reasoning not emotions backing the choices they make. The best thing I can do when proceeding through a transaction is to give the best information available to those I am working with so they can have the best possible out come. The more questions they ask... the more I know that we are working as a team, and we are all going to be pleased with the outcome.

What is your favorite part of the real estate transaction?

My favorite part of the real estate transaction is the check in hand.  But it is also rewarding to have one in the first place.

Dear Dinah,

Of course I agree with Angelia!

This may be sick, but I really enjoy challenges and problem solving. I sell a lot of historic homes and other unusual properties. The challenge is usually to help the buyer get financing. Sometimes, it is even hard to find a competent insurance carrier.

Many lenders just don't understand something different. I try to make it easier for them!

My favorite part is negotiating.  Asking the right questions open up so many possibilities.

My favorite part is the challenge of finding their home.  I love hearing what they have to say and finding the house they want based on that.  I love the challenge!

Questions are important for both the agent and the client, but listening to the answers is the key.
