The Texas Market

I watched the Today show yesterday and the discussion of the real estate market throughout the country.  The story stated that the real estate market throughout the country is declining.  However, after reading articles and hearing speakers from the Texas Assoc. of Realtors and the TAMU Real Estate, our market is steady and in many areas growing.  I have not seen a decline in the Brazoria County market.  The areas in Northern Brazoria County are growing quickly, helping to add growth to the southern part of the county.  Dow Chemical is strong and new transferees are coming in on a regular basis.
