I took a quick look.  While the basic version is free, the premium cost is $24.95/year.  It looks like it has possibilities but I think I'll stay with my free IRFanView.

Can you crop in Irfanview? Can you remove red-eye?

i use adobe lightroom for my photo edits... it is not as indepth as photoshop but is really easy to use.  I learned how to use it in a few days of tinkering around.
