My company was the first in the state to use a hot line, and later the first to have a bi-lingual hotline...also the first to have our own tv CHANNEL, yes I said channel....24/7 own channel NOT a tv program....Shorewest is always leading the pack, with many firsts, including first in market share :)

It surprises me how few agents capitalize on the networking ability of blogging. You can meet so many new people just from writing a few interesting posts and welcoming comments! I am pretty sure we are the first junk removal company in Pittsburgh to have a blog!

Not charging an administrative fee is a pretty good last to have! Many charge some ridiculous amount, but very few can even explain what that fee is actually for!
