2008 revealed itself as a great time to buy a home in the Greater Kalamazoo Area.  Here's a look at the market comparisons from 2007 and 2008.  As you can see from the numbers that our area rebounded in Units towards the end of 2008 but the volume sold was significantly lower throughout the entire year.  If you are a real estate investor...there are a lot of good buys in our market.  Let us know how your market faired in 2008.
