SEO Action Plan

By
Real Estate Agent with Port City Realty 54149

First, thank you Donna,  Markelle, Tim, Janine, Suzanne, Caron, and a special thanks to Robert May for all of your help. I now have a plan of action. I thought if I shared the plan it may help others to SEO their websites.

•1.       Go to http://www.seoworkers.com/tools/analyzer.html and see what it says about my websites. Correct what I understand.

•2.       Post my starter/investor homes on Craigs List every eight days.

•3.        Talk to the Point2Agent support about the framing issue.

•4.       Look again at a respected competitor that comes up good, as recommended.

•5.       Make sure I have all the google tools. I have added my company to the map with no results, but will keep trying, with all the other tools.

•6.       Check out my tags on my additional pages.

•7.       Go through the 31 free online tests at http://www.avivadirectory.com/free-online-tests

I think this will be a good starting point. Any other suggestions, as always are greatly appreciated.  Does anyone know how long it should take to see some improvement?

One thing is to add back links with anchor text in your blog posts back to your website.

Be sure to network, along with your listings on Facebook, UTube and Backpage.com.  Backpage.com is a good local source.  It is a constant work in progress.

When it comes to REAL SEO, don't be a "FSBO".  Nobody should try selling their own house in this market - nor should you try to tackle a professional's job with amateur time and information.  I'll review any web site free and tell you how to help make it generate prospects for you.

Thanks for posting this.  Those code validation tools from #7 are a real eye opener!  I have a lot of sloppy code to clean up on my primary site.

If you tried and liked the SEO Workers Analysis Tool, we have just published a nice Firefox Extension which you can analyze a web page with just a single click https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/10455
