I recently had a video produced for a property in mid-town Mobile. There is also a 360 degree virtual tour on realtor.com and other sites. I have a professional photographer come in and take photos of my larger listings. I do all of this on listings that merit the service. I notice though that many realtors do not. Why is this? Just curious. The video is targeting people outside the city. We are experiencing some much needed growth in our city and are attracting people from all over the world. I use this the video as a promotional video of the city as well as my listing. Please let me know what you think.
For my local buyers, and those searching sites like realtor.com, homes.com, etc, I have a virtual tour set up with professional photos in a gallery that is attached. You may view this tour by visiting:

Any and all feedback is welcomed with open arms.
