The Governments Foreclosure and Eviction Suspension ends soon!
Just a reminder that the US Government’s suspension of Foreclosures and eviction proceedings during the Holiday season ends on Friday January 9, 2009. This plan was put in effect to give servicers more time to implement a loan modification plan for struggling borrowers.
