Big Balloons?

I just ordered a few of the big balloons that the builders use IFO the model homes. I am going to put them out on Friday at a few of my listings and see if I get more buyers to walk in my open houses. There are only a few builders left in the area so people might follow the ballooons. They might stop in, or they might just drive on by. Who knows! I'll keep you posted on how it works out for me.
