In the last 7 days the Durham Region Association of Realtors posted 12 sales of freehold houses. My office, Remax Spirit Inc. Brokerage was involved in 6 of those sales and I was personally involved in 2 of those sales.
This is the type of market I enjoy working in. It is challenging and rewarding. It will be interesting to see what the market brings by the end of January.
