Hey Guys, I hope all of you are experiencing the same as us on the Gulf Coast of Alabama. This market seems to have hit bottom and I am scheduling appointments right and left. I scheduled 11 showings on New Years day and 5 the day before. This is good news!!! The market is at the bottom the interest rates are at the bottom and buyers are in the business of buying and sellers are in the business of selling!!! Great news!! It will be a great 2009!

Glad to hear other markets seem to be heating up like we are in Palm Springs too! Every day between Christmas and New Years, I had back to back client showings from 9 to 7 at night- we put 7 homes into escrow. Hoping this isn't just a little bubble, but that its a forecast but the new year!!
