Monday, FHA Wholesale Rates were down 7.7 bps to 5.049%
*A Basis Point (bps) is 1/100 of 1.00%

Mortgage Backed Securities are in a nuetral zone where the odds are about equal they could continue either up or down.  If you feel lucky float but, my advice in this uncertain market is to lock..

DJI Stocks Up 32.34 +0.36%
European and Asian Markets Up 1.34%

10 Year Treasury is currently 2.54% Up from 2.44 on Monday

Crude Oil Currently $50.23 per barrel.
