Two great communities exploding with growth. Leander and Cedar Park are wonderful cities that are doing all they can to ensure the infrastructure supports the growth that they've received in the last few years. Not to mention, the growth they are for-casted to receive.
Just south of the Crystal Falls parkway and Ronald Regan Blvd (also known as Parmer Lane) intersection, Centex Homes has purchased 100 acres on the west side of Ronald Regan Blvd. Centex Homes plans to build ~750+ homes with an additional 30+ acres of commercial frontage.
Heading further North on Ronald Regan, just South of FM2243 will be a 1,123 lot subdivision called Winding Creek Estates. The subdivision will also include at least six acres of commercial land on the SE corner of FM2243 and Ronald Regan.
Ronald Regan Hwy, 183 A, US 183, Bagdad Road, and Lakeline Blvd serve this area as the primary N/S roads. The cities are expanding the E/W access by making Crystal Falls Pkwy four lanes with 8.4 million dollars of improvements. Other E/W county roads in the area will soon follow suit. Improving access from Lakeline all the way to Ronald Regan (Parmer Lane).
