Try a new 1408 square foot home, never been lived in for $47,000.  Yes it needs a compressor, $2,000 so you are in for under $50,000.  In 2005 the lot alone sold for over $40,000.  So business will be very good jn2009.  People still want to buy a new home and prices are LOW.  SW Florida weather is perfect, sun is out, grass is green and home prices are good.
