Hey all the 5th Annual Norco Lions Club Car Show was held today. The following are some highlights of the show;
The Main Show area with a good mix of Nice old cars. Restored, Hot Rods I little of all to enjoy.
Your local Norco Realtor's Daily Driver, 1965 Chevrolet Corvair Corsa Convertible.
Where's the Engine ? Work in Progress, what did they do push it here ?
Souped up Model T, Nice !
Chevrolet Camaro or Malibu ? But nice....
This T-Bird set out of the main drag and did not get a lot of attention. She is sweet and clean a real show stopper, If you can appreciate cars and there history.
The weather was great and there was a large turnout. The organizers had folk dancers in original costumes as well as raffles. Some groups had a bake sale and another servid hot and cold beverages. Between events the music played, of all things songs from our car past. The Beach Boys, Jan and Dean to name just a few. You know "Our Little Deuce Coupe, Little old lady from pasadena" Car Songs. I'll post before next years event and any other local event similar to this in the future.
