BPO broadcast email deliveries

I have been faithfully providing BPOs to almost all of the outsourcing companies for more than 10 years. I would consider myself to be a "seasoned" professional.  But, I"M NOT OLD!!!!! Although I log in immediately after receiving a broadcast email alert for a BPO assignment, I find it is very frustrating that the order is gone as soon as I receive the email. No matter how fast I click to accept, I am just never fast enough!!!!!  Can any one give me some technological hint on how to get to these orders faster?

I've had the same problem with some companies and not with others so I don't know if it's something with the way a particular company broadcasts them or what. I will tell you something that has helped me catch more. I set up an e-mail notifier on my computer(gmail also has a good one to use) so that even if I'm working online, I can be notified of new messages as soon as they come in and not have to keep checking my e-mail. Also check out if there is any delay with your e-mail server. Yahoo is horrible for this. Try sending yourself an e-mail from another account and see how long it takes to get it. Good luck.
