The Perfect Storm

Yesterday on Fox and Friends they were talking about the perfect storm, the mix of low housing prices (in the opinion of their expert we have hit bottom) and low interest rates.  I just spoke to a friend of mine that is in banking, he says in his entire career in banking almost 30 years he has never seen rates this low.  He says he is running wide open.  He has a million loan, 830,000 loan, two other purchases.  Conforming rates as low as 4.25%, non conforming and jumbos as low as 5.125%.  He recently beat out a competitor with a full point difference.  Print this off and show to all the people that tell you banks aren't lending.  Remember Perception is your reality.  Banks are lending, you just have to be credit worthy.
