Are there any other recruiters using this site to connect with folks in the Real Estate/Mortgage Industry?

To the Loan Officers on the site: If I could offer you the perfect position, the best opportunity in the world, the 'chance of a lifetime' (you getting my drift?), what would it be?

As a Recruiter I know that I sometimes tend to think I know what job seekers are looking for, but please take a few minutes to tell me what you really want!
