Can anyone tell me about a new web search engine called Leapfish? What do you think their future outlook for success is?

I would be careful.  They were completely high pressure on the phone to me and VERY rude!  I don't think it fits the KW "Culture".  And to quote them, if people are "changing the way they search the internet" and their search engine is the answer, how come we haven't heard from them before?

leapfish will not succeed.  They are attempting to do something similar to what 'dogpile' did several years ago.  The reality is not many consumers and even less commercial IT businesses are interested in their product.  Waste of money as far as I am concerned, but there is always someone guilible enough to buy advertising there I am sure.

right now google has 64% of the search market. Compaines like leapfish claim that every percentage of search they get is work a billion dollars. While it may work for them it will be challenging at best to make any impact for personal budgets

I've gotten a few calls from them as of late, I've put them off, but they are pushy!
