Ok, time to vent. Why is it that when we as buyer agents submit a full offer with copy of escrow deposit and proof of funds/mortgage, we have to chase down listing agents?? Are they so busy that they cannot respond in a timely manner? Do they sell all their listings by themselves? Are they just plain rude?
These are the questions we ask. My wife submitted about 10 offers for an investor, all with proof of funds. For each and every one she has had to track down listing offices only to be told not to call-email only. Or more frequently, just get VM hell. We just hope our buyers don't think we're lounging around all day. Do these seller's know about their cavalier attitude?
