There are two types of leads that I like. The first is a lead from a business partner. The second, and my personal favorite, is a referral from a satisfied client. Well, since expanding my scope of businesses, I have been getting business for R & D Art and it is not from any type of advertisement. The new clients are actually coming in from clients that are using us.
What I like best about this is the people that currently use us know the value of the service that we have provided so they do not mind referring us to their friends, family, of co-workers. This, to me is the ideal working relationship and one that we have strived to build.
