My Referral's Referral referred me another Referral.

Services for Real Estate Pros with R & D Art

There are two types of leads that I like. The first is a lead from a business partner. The second, and my personal favorite, is a referral from a satisfied client. Well, since expanding my scope of businesses, I have been getting business for R & D Art and it is not from any type of advertisement. The new clients are actually coming in from clients that are using us.

What I like best about this is the people that currently use us know the value of the service that we have provided so they do not mind referring us to their friends, family, of co-workers. This, to me is the ideal working relationship and one that we have strived to build.

Grace, I thought that it would go over big, but it looks like it flopped. And thanks for the comment. I appreciate it.

No, people just haven't seen it yet!  Be patient:)  I think that more and more of us know that we need to be out and about, to get these referrals!  Our clients and vendors are our best A+ business.  I work by referral, coached by Brian Buffini.  So, I definitely noticed your blog!  There are over 12,000 members in our network that Brian has continued to include our community first.  They will be here:)  I think it this post has a heart.

It's a Good Life!

Frances, from my experience here, if it is not seen in the first several hours of being written, it really is not going to get seen much more. And actually, I am alright with that.

Congratulations! BNI would call that a Level 3 referral. My marketing guru, for whom I used to work as a home inspector, once got a Level 7 referral, something like the friend of his sister's brother's mom's boss's brother's sister-in-law. The sister-in-law was the original Client. Initially I laughed, but that's what it's all about. The best lead in the world, having six people recommending you.

It takes a while to build up this type of referral business, but the payoff is worth it.  I've had a 5th level referral but then again I've also had people who said "everyone I asked recommeded you".  Those are the best kind.

Jim, that is so true and yet people do not even realize that it is all about the continued business.

Danny, keep plugging away. Also, as you state, this is a new venture and to get a referral quickly is a great thing.
