Well those builders that are looking to have their projects ready for the spring like to look for land in the WINTER SEASON, because there are no leaves on the trees which allows them to see more of the land and it's ups and downs. The snow on the ground is not a hindrance. Also it is usually a wetter season than summer, so wet land becomes more visible.
