I'm really excited about a New Year and a New Beginning! I'm pumped up by all the ways there are to build my business. Calling expireds, calling my sphere of influence, monthly newsletters, whatever it takes I'm ready to do it.
I was pumped up in 2008 as well. I had "goals" but at the end of the year, realized I hadn't met most of them. This year is going to be different.
This year I have a business plan. My first one, I'm sorry to say. I heard someone say recently that a business plan is a living document and that I need to review it frequently, so I'm going to do that. I'll know right away if I'm on track to meet my goals, because I'm checking my daily activity sheet.
I'd like to hear from those of you who have been using a business plan. How it's helped you, if you have any suggestions for me.
The defination of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results. I don't want to go insane in 2009!
