Technology should make life easier but with all the "channels of communication" like email, texting, Facebook, Twitter and of course voice mail you end up feeling overwhelmed a little sometimes. Here is something rather novel that I am going to try to streamline the flow of information. I am always looking for ways to increase my productivity so I look forward to testing it out.
Xobni (simply Inbox spelled backwards) allows you to use Microsoft Office and "find people, email and attachments instantly". It appears to be a way to consolidate relevant information for that client, real estate prospect or colleague in one centralized window by pulling information from your inbox and the internet.
