It's January and the high pressure is moving into to Utah and that means warmer temps in the mountains and lots of blue sky. We've had dozens of storms moving through the last 30 days so it's nice to take a break from powder days and enjoy the crud and some groomers. There's something really nice about being able to see where you are going!

It's a great time to be considering a purchase in Utah ski country, especially the Northern Wasatch Back. We're somewhat unknown but you can't beat the slidding at Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, or Wolf Creek Utah, and the values are incredible right now - lots of deals by developers and on resales.
