Music and Sounds: Making of a Video

Services for Real Estate Pros with R & D Art

Have you ever been watching a 360 tour of a property and wondered why there was no music. Did you think to yourself that it would flow just a little better with some music. What about when you are making a 360 tour? Have you ever thought about how great it would be to add music to it?

Well, today, I came across a site that sales sound effects as well as music. One of the great things that I liked about the sound effects were that these are Royalty Free. For our business, the word free is king. The less money that you have to spend, the better you are in the long run. The thing is, you really do not want to skip out on quality, so adding some music might just be the ticket to the showing.

In another instance, lets say that you child has to make a video presentation at school and you want it to be the best. How great would it be to have access to sound effects that another might not have. This would definitely help put your child up and above the rest of the competition.

The Last thing that I like about this platform is the fact that you load stock music that you have the rights to and sell your own music. This is a big deal for someone that might want a start in the music world but that does not have the money to pay for it.

Wow, thanks for sharing. My project for the coming week is to complete the video tours for all of my team's listings... and I think I'll be checking out this site for the music! ~A:)

Since I've been a pianist for 43 years, I guess you know that I'd love to have music with my tours.

Considering that we can buy musical Christmas cards at Hallmark, I think musical paper is just around the corner. After all, the SIMM card in my new phone is flexible and thinner than many of the card stocks that I print flyers on. With GPS, Wi-Fi, etc., it's just a matter of time.

The best "music" is the natural sounds, the ambience of the real estate, the bird's singing, your unqiue voice, walking thru the place showing them the patio, seeing motion, hearing live action not just a sound bed and dubbed over written, read copy. Down to earth, one on one with natural sound works best to transport the view to the property not to watch a slide show.
