Heritage Hills, Lone Tree

A portion of the Heritage Hills is called the Enclave. The Enclave features ranch style patio homes.

Heritage Hills amenities include two community pools, community center, tennis courts, half-size basketball court, mini soccer fields and two playgrounds.




Heritage Estates
 
Heritage Estates is located on the South side of Lincoln ave. Approx. 160 luxury homes are located in Heritage Estates. The prices range from around $800,000 to $3,500,000.

You can find Many homes alongside a golf course and a some back to an open space. The community also features a club house and a pool.



Both of the neighborhoods are part of the highly ranked Douglas County School District.
