Agents, has an inspector ever "wowed" you that you talked about him/her to your broker/fellow agents?

Home Inspector with VA HOME INSPECT, LLC

A good home inspector will wow you and your clients..!

A good home inspector will teach the client what to do, depending upon the house, to get maximum resale value.

Has anyone experienced a home inspector they can't forget?

Howdy Joseph

I take very good care of my clients all the time and help them to know what to do.

I think most Inspectors out there do also.

Good post.

Hey Joseph,

As an inspector, I appreciate this post.  I had a question, however.  Have you had such an experience?  How did they WOW you?  It might be beneficial for other agents and inspectors to hear your story and to find out how it occured.

Good post

Thanks

Pillar To Post Professional Home Inspection of SW Utah - Saint George, UT

I have been a home inspector here in SW Utah for 4 1/2 years with nearly 1500 inspections under my belt. I get comments all of the time like, "It will take you 3 hours to inspect this house?! My last inspector only took 45 minutes!"  I do a great job and Realtors all over my area refer me all of the time. In the summer time I am so busy that I have to work in my veg garden with flood lights on as that is the only time I have free. I love my job and I guess it shows.  check out my website  www.pillarposthomeinspection.com  I cannot accept tips or gifts from Realtors but have had a few offer me a tip. I did find in the back of my truck one time when I got home a case of sparkling grape juice (they know I don't drink liquior). Also they know I am NEVER LATE to an appointment. I will not be late and never am.
