So, you think this new listing possibility is vacant........NOT. In 08 we went on a pre-listing for a bank and found a tenant. We didn't get to meet the rest of the family, but the sounds coming from the upstairs could mean there was some remodeling or Holiday decorating in process.
Horses:
So, did you see the 2008 National Cutting Horse Association Futurity Finals, on RFD television, last Sunday? All those 3 year old babies competing at their first show. Top selling horse sold with a 6-Figure $$ price. The winning competitor at the finals took home $250K and the total purse, can you believe, was in the area of $42,mil. Cutters are definitely Livin' the DREAM. Watch the listing schedule for "Rode to the Winner's Circle to see the cuttings. You will enjoy watching these colts and fillies "play" with the cows.
By the way this is me and Echols Docs Oak, Winning the Colorado State Fair and this gives you an idea of what I mean by "Play'n" with the cow.
