Cape Cod Waterfront House for Sale

This is such a cute house.  It is in Gray Gables, a village of Bourne.  It is waterfront on an inlet that feeds out to the Cape Cod Canal.  You can see the canal too.  But the inlet gets about 6 ft deep, you can swim, maybe go out in your jet ski or whaler, canoe or kayak around, see lots of birds.  The house is hardwood floors up and down, full basement, garage with a room above it that has a small half bath.  There are 2 bedrooms upstairs in the main house with one full bath.  It is very much the type of house you think of when you think Cape Cod.  The roof is about 5 years old and we just had all new ceilings done in the house.  I'd love to show it to you or send you some more pictures to look at.  Thanks!
