Sea Brook Place a fantastic Oceanside townhouse community with a private deeded walkway to the beautiful Jupiter beach. The community along with the beach are both pet-friendly and owners are allowed to rent their units seasonally twice a year, making Sea Brook Place a sought after beach side neighborhood. Home Sales in 2008 were up by approximately 42.8% since 2007
Average Sales Price 2008
The average sale price for a three bedroom 2 bath home in 2008 was $ 264,000 down 13.2 % from 2007 where the average sale price was $298,850. The average sale price for a two-bedroom 2-bath home in 2008 was$210,400 down 23.4% from $259,700 in 2007.The good news is that homes sales are up and interest rates are lower.
Average Days on Market and Other areas of Interest
The average days on the market in 2008 were approximately 192 days up by two months from 2007, which the average days on the market were about 127 days. There were ten townhomes sold in 2008 and seven townhome sales in 2007; this information has been derived from the Multiple Listing Service and current public county records. Currently there are ten available properties on the market listed on the MLS with list prices ranging from $165,000 to $288,000 and one pending sale listed for $239,900.
