So I am out showing some very well to do people property. Most of the comments from my clients were some of these Realtor's should be into photography. Because the houses looked better in the pictures. I could see she was not enjoying herself. Well trying to lighten things up and I tried some humor. Didn't work. Matter of fact it made her more irritated as the day went on. But you know something always happens on days like these...

So we walk into a home where at least three people were there. I say at least because when this happened we left.
I asked the homeowner if it was ok to go through a door to a bedroom. I specifically asked if anyone was in there. Of course he said sure and no one should be in there. Well to my surprise a at least 90 year old lady was standing butt naked staring right at me. ( MY EYES) I quickly closed the door knowing my clients didn't really care for the home and escorted them out. The home owner realized what happened and said this "OOOOoops I forgot you must have met our party girl" Yeah and out the door we went. My clients seeing me distressed were very curious to what I have seen. Being someone who has trouble not telling the truth explained what I saw. My clients had a good side aching laugh at my expense. OK I chuckled too. But Yikes.. Yes I was scared for life. Best part of it the clients did buy a home from me a couple of weeks later. Not that one...
So are there any other stories out there that might make us smile....?
