With the housing market in the slump, now is the best time for a home stager. Stagers are trained to showcase a home to its best ability . You would be amazed in a little time, what a home stager can do. We can turn any home that that is blah and boring, into one that is breathtaking and inviting. For all you realtors that are having problems selling your listings, please think about having a stager come in. It's a win win situation. Lets face it, with so many homes available, wouldn't you want your listed home to ourshine all the others : ) Dress up your home by Staging It!

I have never had a client use a stager, and never have had a client ask me for a stagers information. However I'm sure that staging can definitely make a difference and bring out what the home really has to offer.

I agree that a staged home is attractive to buyers....thing is...you have to get into the house first!! In this market, that ain't easy.

Sandy, I agree that staging makes an amazing difference in the selling aspect but also agree 1oo% with Tony, that it can be quite challenging to get clients to agree to staging. thanks for the feedback everyone
